Terms of Service

By accessing or using Gridiron Ladder (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Gridiron Ladder is a daily football trivia game. A free round is available once per calendar day. Gridiron Ladder Pro is a paid monthly subscription that unlocks additional scored rounds, unlimited bonus rounds, and a separate leaderboard, for the price shown at checkout.

The Service creates a lightweight anonymous account tied to your device/browser so it can track your daily rounds and stats — there's no signup, username, or password. Clearing your cookies, using a different browser, or using a different device will start a new account with no history.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months except where required by law.

Don't attempt to circumvent the daily round limits, automate play, scrape content, or interfere with the Service's normal operation. We may suspend access for accounts that do.

Trivia questions, jersey colorways, and other in-game content belong to Gridiron Ladder. Team names, logos, and other real-world marks referenced in trivia questions belong to their respective owners; Gridiron Ladder is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL or any team.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that trivia content is perfectly accurate.

To the extent permitted by law, Gridiron Ladder isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
